Things I love about the Cotta-Arc family:
- LGBTQ representation added in the background just because they could and because they know it’s important to us
- Seriously, they’re not a plot device or anything, Terra could have been a guy and nothing would be different
- No one makes a big deal out of it
- They are explicitly gay, married, holding hands, not just subtext that you could also read as platonic and gets confirmed to be actually gay at some panel
- A happy, stable family where two mothers raise a son together
- Terra being a female technician, fuck yeah!
- They didn’t die
